ActiGraft+® Autologous Wound Care System
ActiGraft+® (Product Number RD 22201) is an advanced autologous biological wound management system engineered for clinical environments. By utilizing a small, 18–20 mL sample of a patient's own peripheral whole blood, the system creates a living, active whole blood clot scaffold at the point of care in 5 minutes or less.
Unlike traditional skin substitutes or highly manipulated Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) systems that strip away crucial cellular architecture, ActiGraft+® retains the blood's full matrix. This includes fibrin, red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, and essential cytokines, effectively replacing a patient's dysfunctional extracellular matrix (ECM) to jumpstart healing in stalled, chronic wounds.
