GMSR Medical was born from an extraordinary coincidence. Four entrepreneurs from vastly different backgrounds met by chance, united by a shared vision to address one of the Caribbean's most urgent healthcare challenges. Helping wound care patients who urgently needed an immediate solution to help their wounds heal. Among them was a native Jamaican who had never traveled abroad, alongside three international entrepreneurs who had never set foot in Jamaica.

Each brought a unique strength to the partnership: a seasoned land developer with a passion for building sustainable communities; a global manufacturer of FDAapproved medical devices with decades of experience in healthcare innovation; and a longtime medical professional who brought with him a strategic partnership that included a proprietary treatment protocol with the potential to dramatically reduce
diabetic foot ulcer complications and prevent avoidable limb amputations.

Together, they founded GMSR Medical with a one mission: Transform diabetic limb preservation in Jamaica and throughout the Caribbean.
